1 - Assistance in site selection and council negotiation

2 - Architectural design (concept design, measured drawings and detailed design)

3 - Architectural design (as above) to building application drawings

4 - Architectural design (as above), building application drawings to construction Drawings

5 - Architectural design, building application, construction to builder selection.

6 - All of the above including management of a Development Application to Local Government (if required)
