Minimum Lot Size

The site has a minimum area of 1000m²,

Except in The Strand Village Centre Local Area (refer to Map 4.2(b)) where a minimum area of 2000m²is required.

Gross Floor Area

The gross floor area of all buildings does not exceed 85% of the area of the site,

Except in The Strand Village Centre Local Area (refer to Map 4.2(b)) where the plot ratio does not exceed 2.2.

Please check the Districts as they have specific requirements for material change of use applications especially for the gross floor area.
