Residential 250 zone.

For

(a) a rear lot, an access strip of 4 metres; and

(b) a lot with frontage to a major road?

(i) 40 metres at a future nodal fringe and interchange identified by the Department of Main Roads; and

(ii) 80 metres at a future link identified by the Department of Main Roads; and

(c) other lots, 20 metres.

The frontage to depth ratio of a lot must be

(a) not less than 1 in 1, in the case of a lot with a frontage to a major road; and

(b) between 1 in 1.5 and 1 in 3, in the case of a lot which does not have a frontage to a major road.

Residential 600 zone where not in the R600-1 sub-area.

For

(a) a rear lot, 600m2 exclusive of the access strip; or

(b) other lots, 450m2.
