Timber - Treated Pine

Treated pine is a very popular type of fencing, it is cost effective and easy to construct. Treated pine fencing usually comes in two types of fences: pailing fences and picket fences. Pailing fences tend to be cheaper than the picket fences.

Colorbond

A popular type of fencing is Colorbond by BlueScope Steel. Colorbond fencing provides high privacy and comes in 2.35m panels in 1.5m, 1.8m and 2.1m high fences. The price depends on the type of colorbond fence and the height of the fence. A 1.8m fence will cost approximately $120.00 per panel for the neetascreen type or approximately $180 per panel for the miniscreen type (the price includes materials and construction). The total price of the colorbond fence comes to about $51 per linear metre.

Welded Mesh Fencing

A welded mesh fence is a popular option when privacy is not a concern but still provides a barrier between properties. A welded mesh fence is very versatile, long lasting and can be used for commercial, domestic or industrial uses. There are a variety of stiles of welded mesh fences that offer an affordable solution for your property.

Glass Pool Fencing

A glass pool fence adds a modern touch to your property while being strong and durable. It allows for unobstructed clear views of the pool and the surrounds. A glass fence provides security for children by complying with legal requirements while being very unobtrusive. A frameless glass pool fence costs approximately $390 per linear metre (including installation) while a semi frameless glass pool fence costs approximately $250 per linear metre (Including installation). 8mm thick glass gates cost approximately $660 for frameless and $475 for semi frameless.

Chain wire fences are one of the most versatile types of fences that are used on residential, industrial and commercial properties. These types of fences offer security while keeping with the budget. Chain wire fences can be galvanised or PVC wire coated.
